Stephen Prignano was recently profiled in the March 28, 2016, edition of
Rhode Island Lawyer's Weekly. In a wide-ranging interview, Stephen
described his unique use of technology to obtain a competitive edge in
litigation. He described his law practice as "paperless," making
maximum use of technology to leverage the best outcomes for clients in
litigation, whether by trial or negotiation. The use of technology allows
Stephen and his partners to litigate, successfully, against much larger
firms with greater resources. Stephen also described his law practice
as a blend of civil litigation and complex matrimonial cases. Both sides
of the practice benefit significantly from trial practice and counseling
skills that apply universally to contested litigation. In the article,
Stephen described the unique satisfaction that comes from guiding a client
through the most challenging of disputes and obtaining favorable outcomes
for clients. In order to do that, Stephen stressed that litigators need
to be focused, persistent and bold.
