Deborah M. Tate receives Harvard negotiation certificate

On April 11, 2015, Deborah M. Tate received a certification of successful
completion of the Negotiation Workshop from The Program on Negotiation
at Harvard Law School as sponsored by the Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
The Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School is a university consortium
dedicated to developing the theory and practice of negotiation and dispute
resolution. The course was taught by Professor Robert Mnookin who is the
Director of the Harvard Negotiation Research Project and a leading scholar
in conflict resolution. The course was designed for experienced family
law attorneys to sharpen listening skills, to strategize using out of
the box mentality and to practice negotiating skills with expert analysis.
